Blinded by
tear gas and nursing injuries sustained from his brutal arrest, was
allowed examination by a doctor and his lawyer were shortly before being
produced in court.
He was produced before Kasangati Magistrates court
where he was released on a five million non cash bail. He was however
not charged with any offence and neither were his four co-accused who
have been remanded in jail until May 2nd.
